Where will you be Monday night? I’ll be at the all-Texas wine tasting the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas is sponsoring at the Dallas Contemporary art space. Sure, it’s a haul. But if you’ve been looking for a chance to see what all the recent Texas wine buzz has been about, this is a great one. Some of my favorite vintners will be there — as will some great chefs, plus folks representing Texas beef and the Mozzarella Company. Sound too good to be true? I’ll be happy to pinch you so you’ll know you’re not dreaming.
